Job Responsibilities
- Detailed quantity analysis & estimation as per approved drawings concerning BOQ, as per requirement.
- Interim payment certificate verification of the projects.
- Preparation of the BOQ and detailed Estimate for the projects.
- Effective coordination with the design section, architectural section, and site team.
- Escalation/de-escalation calculation (verification/checking) as per requirement.
- Preparation of tender/bidding documents and well-versed in AutoCAD (2d).
- Daily work reported on the ‘QS’ section.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
