Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of sales experience and at least 2 years in the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
