Job Responsibilities
- The Regional Manager will be responsible for operations throughout the region, coordinating and planning the daily activities of the project to ensure its smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor project operations, providing reports on technical performance, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Drive the business with targeted volume growth and sales growth with daily tracking and forecasting.
- Research key customers/segments, identify stakeholders/decision makers, and generate sales for the business.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and relevant local and federal government officials.
- Deploy and lead projects like activations/launch plans/marketing plans with meticulous detail with rigorous post-launch evaluation/monitoring and take corrective action when required.
- Implement business plans and review KPIs on a regular basis.
- Have the financial acumen to determine business profitability and gross margins.
- Have the sales & marketing acumen to implement strategies to drive growth.
- Supervise activities such as procurements, payments, and inventory management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Participate in risk assessments and propose modifications to improve performance.

- Job Hours: 8 am to 8 Pm (12 Hours)
- Must have a smartphone and internet access.
- Must have their own transportation.
