Job Responsibilities
- Review and modification of existing documentation as per applicable ISO management system standard requirements.
- Where required, preparation of ISO 17025, 17020, 17021, Other Management Systems Documentation. Documentation includes Quality Manuals, Quality Procedures, Policies, Plans, Work Instructions, Flow charts, Technical Procedures etc.
- Preparation of Instrumentation calibration laboratory technical procedures, methods, work instructions according to relevant international reference standards.
- Must be able to develop technical procedures and methods where reference standards are not available.
- Coordination with relevant teams on documents implementation and compliance on an on-going basis.
- Controlling all the approved documents and responsible for reviewing, updating and where required revising the documents when any change and revision occurred in the international reference standards.
- Focal point for all internal clarifications on documentation
- Must be responsible for arranging PT Testing and preparing internal teams for specific test performing, interpretation and reporting
- Delivering internal trainings to Velosi staff on ISO 17025, 17020 & 17021 International Standards
- Preparation of internal training plan and conducting internal trainings accordingly.
- Must be capable of conducting internal audits, raising CAPA and taking corrective and preventing actions through relevant team leads and staff.
- Must be capable of devising (in close coordination of HODs) quality objectives for ISO 17025, 17020 & 17021 & making all HODs & Leads to achieve objectives with in defined timelines
- Must be capable of facilitating management review meetings, preparing and submitting reports and MoMs to management.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BS/BSC/) from a reputable university (Master’s Degree would be a plus).
- Expertise related to ISO Lead Auditor on 17025, 17020 & 17021 MS.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience of managing or providing internal consultancy / advisory services on the ISO 17025, ISO 17020 & ISO 17021 MS.
- Full knowledge and understanding on ISO Management System auditing, implementation & training.
- Adequate knowledge and understanding on the directives of Pakistan National Accreditation Council (PNAC).
- Full knowledge of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and how the ILAC directives are integrated with ISO, PNAC, MRF and CALA Standards.
- Full knowledge of Local Legal & Regulatory Rules, Laws, Acts, Codes specific to quality management systems based on ISO 17025, 17020 and 17021.
- Proper knowledge of how the PNAC accreditation process works and its implementation criteria.
