Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Project Location(s): Islamabad, Pakistan
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

Proposal Coordination:

  • Coordinate the development and submission of technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) to gather necessary input for proposals.
  • Ensure all proposal documentation complies with client requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain proposal schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and track submission status.
  • Assist in bid/no-bid analysis and maintain records of submitted proposals and outcomes.

Vendor Surveillance:

  • Coordinate vendor surveillance plans in collaboration with the quality, procurement, and project teams.
  • Monitor vendor performance, production schedules, and quality control processes.
  • Liaise with third-party inspectors and vendors to ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and report on vendor inspection activities, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of vendor evaluations, audits, and surveillance reports.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal coordination, procurement, or vendor surveillance.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor qualification, and contract compliance.
  • Familiarity with project execution cycles, particularly in EPC/EPCM environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
