Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (technical, commercial, and legal) to gather all necessary information for proposal preparation.
- Review and update proposal documentation and templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
- Assist in contract negotiations, providing clarification and addressing client concerns regarding proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in proposal engineering, project management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of proposal development and contract negotiation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
