Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy or Chemical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
- Lead and motivate inspection teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure open communication and address any challenges.
- Ensure that inspection activities adhere to established quality and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce procedures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of inspection results.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve any quality or safety issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Optimize resource utilization and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy or Chemical).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the inspection or quality assurance field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of relevant industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations.
