Job Responsibilities
- Work within the Pipeline RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) department on Oil & Gas projects.
- Perform pipeline integrity assessments including corrosion evaluation, fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments, remaining life calculations, and risk-based inspection studies.
- Conduct engineering design and design reviews of pipeline systems, ensuring compliance with applicable international codes and safety standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of international pipeline design codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
- Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of tender proposals and contribute to bid preparation.
- Assist in project scheduling, coordination, management, and reporting to ensure timely project execution.
- Participate in integrity, mechanical, and safety reviews during design and construction phases of pipeline projects.
- Prepare and review integrity management plans (IMP), inspection strategies, and technical reports.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- BSc./ BE in Mechanical Engineering. Additional qualifications would be an added advantage.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in the Pipeline RBI department and oil and gas projects.
- Working experience with engineering design companies will also be considered.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, and relevant mechanical design and calculation software.
- The incumbent’s age should not be more than 35 Years and should be a a resident of Lahore or nearby.
