Project Location(s): Karachi, Pakistan
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond promptly to service issues and user requests.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of all IT hardware and software.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Support in IT documentation, user manuals, and procedures.
- Assist in implementing new technology solutions as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement or technical support.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Internship experience in IT support or networking is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
