Job Responsibilities
- Monitor LPG cylinder stock levels in the warehouse.
- Place orders for replenishments to maintain adequate inventory.
- Manage the overall supply chain for the LPG cylinder delivery
project. - Handle the ordering and receiving of inventory from bottling plant.
- Track both empty and filled cylinders within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for seamless
inventory flow. - Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and
discrepancies. - Generate regular reports on inventory status for management.
- Work towards optimizing stock levels to meet demand effectively.
- Collect the payment (of new empty cylinder and gas) from drivers as
cash / card slips.
- Reconcile payment against day’s operation and maintain the same on
register and get endorsed from the Project Manager. - Generate the manual slip for payment submission in the bank
- Manage invoices of delivered cylinders according to the payment
received. - Update & reconcile daily record before leaving the warehouse.
- Submit the whole day selling amount in company provided bank account before closing of bank, if bank is closed then submit the payment on next day morning.
- Keeping the record at safe place at plant.
Conditions
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 Years
- Job Hours: 8 am to 8 Pm (12 Hours)
- Must have a smartphone and internet access.
- Must have their own transportation.
- Only applicants from KPK and Gilgit Baltistan should apply.
