Velosi is looking for motivated Fresh/ 1-3 years Experienced Instrument engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering and PEC certified. This role involves analyzing equipment performance data, identifying failure modes, and contributing to the development of maintenance plans to ensure reliability and availability of critical assets.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in equipment reliability studies, i.e. execution of FMEA, ECA, FMECA studies in line with reliability-centered maintenance methodologies for instrumentation assets, including criticality assessments, failure mode analysis and maintenance optimization.
- Perform Tag verification, data verification, develop Asset registers, maintenance plans, schedules and strategies for instrumentation assets based on RCM principles and equipment criticality.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel skills to analyze data, develop Asset Register, ECA, FMECA templates etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3.0 CGPA) in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering and PEC certified.
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control loops.
- Understanding of reliability engineering principles, RCM methodologies, and asset management practices.
- Familiarity with inspection, maintenance and condition monitoring techniques of instruments and control systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
