Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or a related discipline)
Job Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ensure a smooth new employee onboarding process, including preparation of employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and orientation and training of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, benefits information, and other tasks assigned by HOD.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or a related discipline)
- 01 to 3 years of experience in HR or a relevant field.
- Immediate joining time frame.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and a quick learner.
