Job Description
- Market Analysis:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the HSE
- Performing SWOT analysis and devising policies to overcome the weaknesses and transforming threats into opportunities
- Identify the existing gaps and potential areas for growth within the HSE market.
- Business Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the HSE sector in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Define target markets, customer segments, and value propositions.
- Based on the market analysis and future trend, developing long term and short term HSE business goals and action plans to successfully achieve them.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and quantify potential leads and prospects through research, networking, and engagement with industry events and conferences.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities for the HSE services.
- Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business opportunities and collaborations.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand client needs and challenges related to HSE and crafting company services as
- Conduct presentations, services demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions that address client
- Ensure proposals are tailored to specific client needs and align with company capabilities.
- Sales Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new contracts.
- Providing quarterly sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences related to HSE in order to build a strong professional network.
- Represent the company as a knowledgeable and reliable expert in the HSE sector.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to HSE in order to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Continuously refining and adapting the HSE business development strategy based on market
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- The ideal applicant must have a minimum (8) years of experience in business development and marketing with five (5) years as a business development and marketing professional in HSE services provider companies.
- Shall hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Sales & Marketing).
- The ideal applicant must have proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and portray proficient strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
- Shall have the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
