Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential clients and upcoming opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, construction, and industrial services.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
Client Coordination
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Tender & Proposal Support
- Assist in identifying opportunities through tender portals and client communications.
- Support preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal departments.
Business Opportunity Tracking
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, proposals, and business opportunities.
- Follow up with clients to track proposal status and improve conversion rates.
Internal Coordination
- Liaise with technical, operations, finance, and proposal teams to obtain necessary information for submissions and project execution.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support participation in industry events, seminars, and client meetings.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic BD reports on leads, proposals, and sales performance.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- BBA (Marketing) / Business Administration degree
- 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates may also apply)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement portals
- Understanding of B2B services in the inspection, certification, or engineering sectors
