Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Velosi’s market presence and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling service presentations and proposals including pricing strategies and customized training solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to meet client needs.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance Velosi’s visibility.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
- Experienced in establishing and maintaining strong links across different sectors in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit candidates for training programs from various sectors.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance regional and operational staff business development capabilities and work with them to achieve targets.
- Protect the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality.
- Utilize database management and client relationship management software to track communications, inquiries, and orders for analysis.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:

03-04 years’ experience in related field with proven working experience as a business development engineer/executive with reputable company.
- B.E Engineering in any Discipline plus/ Master in Business Administration (Marketing).
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills and knowledge of local and foreign markets.
- Negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, must be goal-oriented and self-motivation
