Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Velosi’s market presence and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling service presentations and proposals including pricing strategies and customized training solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project teams to meet client needs.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance Velosi’s visibility.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Experienced in establishing and maintaining strong links across different sectors in Pakistan.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit candidates for training programs from various sectors.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance regional and operational staff business development capabilities and work with them to achieve targets.
  • Protect the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Utilize database management and client relationship management software to track communications, inquiries, and orders for analysis.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • 03-04 years’ experience in related field with proven working experience as a business development engineer/executive with reputable company.

  • B.E Engineering in any Discipline plus/ Master in Business Administration (Marketing).
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills and knowledge of local and foreign markets.
  • Negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, must be goal-oriented and self-motivation
