Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain administrative records and databases
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Prepare reports, documents and other materials as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Fresh to 2 years of experience in administration or related role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
