We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead inspection and asset integrity activities within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate shall possess an extensive experience in inspection services, asset integrity management, and client relationship management. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively engage with clients, conduct technical discussions, and support business growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Technical & Operational Management:
- Lead and oversee inspection and asset integrity management projects for Oil & Gas facilities, pipelines, tanks, pressure vessels, and associated equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to inspection engineers, inspectors, and project teams.
- Review and approve technical reports, inspection findings, integrity assessments, and recommendations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary technical focal point for clients and stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings, technical presentations, bid clarification meetings, and project review sessions.
Quality, Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and client requirements.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Promote adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related discipline). A master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Inspection, NDT, Asset Integrity Management, and Oil & Gas operations. Experience with Oil & Gas inspection consultancy/service companies and strong client-facing exposure will be highly preferred. API certifications shall be considered a significant added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inspection methodologies, integrity assessment, and fitness-for-service principles.
- Sound understanding of API, ASME, ASTM, ASNT and related industry standards.

- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and proposal preparation.
