Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify potential clients and upcoming opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, construction, and industrial services.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.

Client Coordination

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Tender & Proposal Support

  • Assist in identifying opportunities through tender portals and client communications.
  • Support preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal departments.

Business Opportunity Tracking

  • Maintain records of leads, inquiries, proposals, and business opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients to track proposal status and improve conversion rates.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with technical, operations, finance, and proposal teams to obtain necessary information for submissions and project execution.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Support participation in industry events, seminars, and client meetings.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare periodic BD reports on leads, proposals, and sales performance.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • BBA (Marketing) / Business Administration degree
  • 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates may also apply)

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal English communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement portals
  • Understanding of B2B services in the inspection, certification, or engineering sectors
