Education: Certified Occupational Safety Trainer
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and update training modules (PPE, fall protection, confined space, scaffolding safety, fire safety)
- Deliver induction and refresher training
- Conduct mock drills and practical demonstrations
- Maintain training attendance records
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Recommend improvement in training content based on incident trends
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Certified Occupational Safety Trainer
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering construction safety training
