Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and finalize technical proposals and bid documents
- Compile inputs from multiple teams (technical / finance / operations)
- Ensure compliance with RFP / tender requirements
- Maintain a library of proposal templates and past proposals
- Enforce version control, formatting consistency, and document quality
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data/approvals
- Track proposal progress and internal review timelines
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- BSc in Chemistry or Physics
- Strong command of English (written & verbal)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to liaise with multiple departments
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
