Job Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
- Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local Labor laws.
- Ensure organizational compliance with employment regulations.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in developing competitive compensation structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Strong command of the MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani Labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in organizational development and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
