Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead sector and client business and marketing plans.
- Adjudicate the inclusion of new opportunities in the Win Work pipeline
- Analyze the customer base to establish a common approach to retention and
- Enhance regional and operational staff business development capabilities and work with them to achieve their winning work target
- Working with the research team, develop and manage an up-to-date understanding of the macroeconomic environment over the agreed plan period, using the information to consider the implications for existing and new sectors.
- Develop an understanding of relevant sectors and how they are likely to respond. Undertake key research to understand the Business and project drivers of sectors, clients, and potential opportunities.
- Be able to both take the lead on client relationships, but equally introduce to regional teams and ensure a robust client relationships management strategy/deliver.

Organize and represent at key networking events to raise the company’s profile.
- Responsible for logging all the client complaints/appeals in the Register and ensuring that all complaints/appeals are satisfactorily managed, resolved, and closed within agreed timescales.
- Keep company and client information confidential and disclose only to those authorized to deal with the confidential information.
- Perform all jobs impartially and, where required, without any influence of others on the reporting and decision making.
- Must comply with all company policies, including secrecy, anti-corruption, confidentiality, impartiality, QHSE quality, etc.
- Any other job responsibilities assigned by the operations manager.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- BSC/B.E/BA/MBA
- 7 years of experience in commercial management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Special skills: Able to establish a professional relationship with clients.
