Job Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Mechanical design and drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport and Firefighting systems.
- Perform calculations for HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical systems
- Analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and review project specifications, budgets and timelines.
- Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in design of Building services
- Demonstrated proficiency in the design and analysis of HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport and Firefighting systems.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
