The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various accounting tasks and contribute to the financial success of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Petty cash fund management.
- Assists in maintaining accurate financial records and ensures proper documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
- Contribute to other finance-related tasks as needed.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Familiarity with accounting software ERP is a plus.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
