Job Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Develop and implement the HR and People strategies aligned to the business objectives.
- Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Forming strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.
- Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).
- Lead the work to regularly review the company’s talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning.
- Provide insight and recommendations on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to strengthen business results e.g., leadership/development programs.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and liaison with government officers.
- Assist with employee separation process involving preparation of separation paperwork, exit interviews and FNF settlement.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- MBA – HR / BBA
- 03 years of relevant experience
- Good Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, MS Office & Others.
- Understand of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ERP HRMS) will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
