Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Instrument / Equipment Stores Handling systems & procedures.
- Keep the Company Fixed Assets Inventory Register updated all the time.
- To carry out fixed assets inventory on periodical basis.
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
- To check inventory records for accuracy time to time.
- To keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to one location to another.
- To find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
- Computer literacy and expertise in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Ensure store requisition form is signed and approved by the authorized person before collection of goods and enter issued goods into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
- Handling and verification of incoming material invoices.
- To keep the record of all Delivery Challans.
- Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.
- Preparation, record keeping and issuance of Gate Passes.
- Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 03 to 07 Years’ Experience in handling Engineering Company Instrument /Equipment Stores safely & independently in Oil & Gas industry.
- Expertise in Stores related Software handling.
- Experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel).
