Project Location(s): Lahore, Pakistan
Education: BSc. in Civil Engineering or higher
Key Responsibilities:
- Design background for infrastructure and buildings.
- Experience of MEP.
- Development of specifications for the construction contracts.
- Experience of developing inspection test plan for civil and structural.
- Project Management and Control.
- Preparation of Tender documents for contractors.
- Preparation of Contract Documents plus bill of material.
- Preparation of Project Financial Costings for Biddings.
- Preparation of Method statements for tendering.
- Project Presentations to various clients.
- Strong skills of written and formal correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- In depth knowledge of local and international legislation including PPRA rules, GCC, SCC and FIDIC.
- Experience of developing and presenting Final Completion reports and handing over formalities.
- Experience of handling project progress invoicing.
- Experience of handling variations and claims.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and supervision staff with their deployment and client approvals.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- 12+ years relevant experience
- BSc. in Civil Engineering or higher
- Special Skills: Design + Project Management + Strong communication skills
