Job Description

UI/UX Design:

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather user requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Knowledge of Usability Heuristics, User Research, Empathy Map, Affinity Mapping, User Persona, Low and High Fidelity Wireframes, Prototypes and Design Systems.

Front-End Development:

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

User Testing and Feedback Integration:

  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make iterative design improvements.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior to refine designs for enhanced user satisfaction.
  • Usability Testing, A/B Testing, User Testing, Accessibility Testing.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale to team members.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development with successfully delivered projects.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio highlighting successful projects.
  • Proficiency in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, In Vision, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Marvel App, etc.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
