Job Description
- Civil Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil structures.
- Will also be in charge of managing the technical team, liaising with the clients, and ensuring the quality and safety of the projects.
- Proven expertise in overseeing complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality.
- Track record of effectively managing project budgets and resources, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, enabling the timely resolution of technical challenges during the construction process.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced technologies and methodologies to streamline project workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on structural integrity and design engineering.
- Proficient skills in using various software tools, such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and STAAD Pro.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of the relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
