Job Description

  1. Market Analysis:
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the HSE
  • Performing SWOT analysis and devising policies to overcome the weaknesses and transforming threats into opportunities
  • Identify the existing gaps and potential areas for growth within the HSE market.
  1. Business Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the HSE sector in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
  • Define target markets, customer segments, and value propositions.
  • Based on the market analysis and future trend, developing long term and short term HSE business goals and action plans to successfully achieve them.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and quantify potential leads and prospects through research, networking, and engagement with industry events and conferences.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of opportunities for the HSE services.
  1. Partnership Development:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business opportunities and collaborations.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Understand client needs and challenges related to HSE and crafting company services as
  • Conduct presentations, services demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  1. Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions that address client
  • Ensure proposals are tailored to specific client needs and align with company capabilities.
  1. Sales Growth:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new contracts.
  • Providing quarterly sales forecasts and reports to management.
  1. Networking:
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences related to HSE in order to build a strong professional network.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable and reliable expert in the HSE sector.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to HSE in order to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • The ideal applicant must have a minimum (8) years of experience in business development and marketing with five (5) years as a business development and marketing professional in HSE services provider companies.
  • Shall hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Sales & Marketing).
  • The ideal applicant must have proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and portray proficient strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen.
  • Shall have the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
