Velosi was hired by Hannover Consulting Engineers to perform design review of NG pipe network for construction of a building at Sector RBW-7, Plot C25, Al-Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi.

Objective

To establish a comprehensive Integrity Management System (IMS) for OOCEP to ensure the integrity of assets in ABU TUBUL Block 60.

To carry out a baseline survey of critical assets to efficiently analyze the risks involved and optimize the development of inspection plan for integrity management assurance.

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes the following:

Baseline Survey for Equipment and Piping systems.
Development of an RBI strategy to assess risk and prioritize high risk systems to minimize invasive inspection.
Establish a comprehensive RBI program and FMECA study based on best practices and industrial standards to effectively manage corporate assets, including Static Equipment & Piping, Pipelines and Pressure Safety Valves.
Development of Strategy Documents
Report findings and
Review of an inspection plan for continuous improvement and optimization
