University of Poonch Rawalakot (UPR) awarded a contract to Velosi for Designing and Construction Supervision Services for Construction of Multiple Facilities for the University Of Poonch Rawalakot (UPR) in Kashmir, Pakistan.

The following main scope will be performed by Velosi but not limited to:

Design Stage:

• Digital Topographic survey
• Geotechnical investigation
• Preparing master plan of the project
• Architectural and Structural design

Construction Supervision Stage:

• Developing and ensuring quality assurance mechanism as per Engineering/Architectural standards.
• Ensuring progress is as per work plan and design.
• Preparation of Monthly progress report
