  • Operational Excellence (OpEx) refers to practices that combine efficient, continuous improvement of processes, waste reduction, and high quality in operations — with the aim of creating value for customers and sustainable competitive advantage. Lean Mastery emphasizes mastery of lean thinking (flow, pull, value stream, etc.) often in conjunction with Six Sigma tools for reducing variation.

  • By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

    • Effectively apply a comprehensive toolkit of Lean and continuous improvement methods.
    • Lead and mentor teams on improvement projects.
    • Develop a strategic roadmap for achieving operational excellence within their organization.
