Steps for conducting a thorough examination

• Switch off the engine
• Analyze if any potential risks are associated
• Thoroughly inspect fluid levels of the forklift
• Investigate for any leakage, crack, or other visual damages
• Inspect and test tires for any visible defects
• Inspect operator units for any grease, dust, or other defects
• Carefully analyze the operational functionality of the forklift
• Ensure proper functioning of the safety devices within the forklift
• Conduct a detailed inspection for drive control, hoists, lights, horns, etc.
• Inspect the chains, sheaves, and hydraulic cylinders
• Execute a Pre- Load test NDT
• Perform Load Testing at rated capacity
• Carry out Post-Load test NDT
