A major petroleum refining facility in Pakistan has awarded a contract to Velosi for conducting Third Party Inspection Services during ATA 2022 in Karachi, Pakistan.

Velosi has successfully carried out ATA-2022 for the client with international standards. Our experts carried out Inspection of Pressure Vessels (Columns, Heat Exchangers), Fired Heaters, Process Piping & Storage Tanks As per API-510, API-573, 570 & API-653 standards by applying Conventional NDT (UT, PT, MT), Hardness, Metallography & Advanced NDT (ECT, PAUT) techniques.

Inspection deliverables included:

• Visual Inspection findings (Both External & Internal)Acceptance/rejection of imperfections
  based on NDT findings against acceptance criteria
• Repair recommendations for defects found.
• Calculations for Corrosion rate, remaining life and next inspection intervals.

Technical team submitted the report with the conclusion of integrity assessment results for the safe and continued operation of the equipment.
