Velosi had a Kickoff meeting of consulting Services with Daleel Petroleum L.L.C. in Oman for Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) Upgrade project.
Main objective of the project is to execute the following phases:
- Analysis – Conduct the RCM study in a way that provides a high quality output.
- Implementation – Execute the study’s outcome/recommendations to update asset and maintenance systems, procedures and design improvements.
Velosi shall perform a comprehensive study and analysis and provide recommendation in order to perform an effective Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO) upgrade to critical equipment/units in Daleel operations.
