Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for STAR Refinery
STAR Rafineri hired Velosi for maintenance master data collection, creation, cleansing, enrichment and preparation of load ready files for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for STAR Refinery.
Objective
- Develop a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) templates to improve the way STAR Rafineri manage maintenance operations, teams, equipment, inventory, workflows and compliance.
- Implement maintenance master data collection, creation, cleansing, enrichment and preparation of load ready files for an effective Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for STAR Refinery’s facilities.
- Execute workshops with STAR to understand data sources, required load ready data files, equipment and data objects numbering philosophy and perform data review and validation tasks on equipment master data as per handover specifications, focusing on data completeness and compliance with standards of STAR Refinery construction project.
Scope of Work
- Identifying, listing tags and engineering data from STAR Refinery documents
- Executing maintenance data collection, creation, cleansing, enrichment using the information gleaned from the documents provided by STAR and trusted online URL’s
- Designing and defining the taxonomy according to comply minimum ISO-14224 requirements, data staging process, hard tag identification process, the data cleansing and enrichment process and the load ready file formats.
- Collecting, preparing and validating all Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument (PSV, MOV) equipment, spare parts, structural, process data required relating to defined computerized maintenance management system SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
- Providing support for creating new data objects (e.g. equipment, functional locations, material BOMS, materials) when predefined conditions for creating new records for each in-scope objects
- Collecting information and maintenance strategies, task list, maintenance plans of each equipment from maintenance manuals and industry standards/best practices.
