Supply & Management of Integrity Management Services for ABB-60
Objective
To establish the current risk levels for equipment items and in-plant piping in order to reduce risk through inspection. We also have improved cost-effectiveness of inspection resources and provided recommendations and proposed improvements to manage the operational risk to acceptable industry levels; ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practical) and optimized future inspection plans.
- Establish a comprehensive Integrity Management System (IMS) for OOCEP and ensure the integrity of their assets in ABU TUBUL Block 60 in Sultanate of Oman.
- Carry out baseline survey of critical assets and efficiently analyzed the risks involved and optimize the development of inspection plan for integrity management assurance.
- Audit and optimize the existing safety configurations of OOCEP’s assets, ensuring productivity, reliability and security.
Scope of Work
- Baseline survey for equipment and piping systems
- Development of RBI strategy to assess risk and prioritize high risk systems to minimize invasive inspection.
- Establish a comprehensive RBI program and FMECA study based on best practices and industrial standards to effectively manage corporate assets, including static equipment and piping, pipelines and pressure safety valves
- Development of strategy documents and reporting findings and reviewing of an inspection plan for continuous improvement and optimization.
