A major Oil and Gas Company in the Middle East recently awarded Velosi Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Implementation Project of its Sour Gas Facility, which involves Updating asset registers and performing RBI analysis of over 2000 Equipment and over 75000 piping in Shah Gas Plant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Velosi team will review/ validate corrosion loops and assign the damage mechanism of corrosion loops and piping circuits. The project also involves the marking of CMLs on Isometrics, development of Corrosion Loop Description, Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs), Inspection Plan for the entire plan and for Single Point of Failure and updating of Meridium and SAP of identified piping circuits.
