Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients across key KSA industries. Develop strategic plans to establish a strong market presence.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients in KSA. Understand their requirements and collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with KSA industry trends, regulations, and competitors. Utilize this knowledge to adapt strategies and ensure our offerings remain advanced and competitive.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation, qualification, and tracking. Utilize CRM tools to manage and prioritize opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Represent the company at major KSA industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Valid KSA driving license and ensure availability for frequent travel across the region for client visits.
  • Knowledge of business development, technical sales, or client relations within the engineering, inspection, or oil & gas sector.
  • Prior experience in promoting consultancy, inspection, design review, testing, or project management services will be an advantage.
  • Must have a strong understanding of engineering disciplines.
  • Strong interest in blending engineering knowledge with commercial business development and sales strategy.
  • Portray excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and document preparation (EOIs, PQs, proposals).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical services into client benefits.
