Velosi developed a complete Asset Integrity and HSE Program at Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company Sdn. Bhd. (KPOC) EPC project stage located in Malaysia.
Objective
- Develop a complete Asset Integrity and HSE Program for KPOC facilities at EPC project stage, to aid them for smooth operation.
- Make sure the facilities’ integrity and reliability, preventing any undesirable HSE impact resulting from the loss of containment and functional failure.
- Ensure that KPOC met legislative, PPGUA Section 11 guidelines for inspection and maintenance, company’s operation philosophy, HSE management system requirements.
Scope of Work
- Pipeline RBI Study – Crude, Gas, Jacket and Subsea Structure
- Preparation of Asset Register and FMECA based RCM Analysis including PMR Development
- Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM) and Job Plans
- Review and Updating of the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Report and Data Uploading into Meridium Software for Static Equipment, Piping Systems and Pressure Relief Devices
- Deadlegs, Cui, Chemical Injection, Small Bore and Erosion Monitoring Point and Piping Support Identification Risk Ranking, and Management System.
- Preparation of Inspection Drawing for Topside, Subsea Structure, Topside Equipment and Piping System
- Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Study, Review and Assessment, and Interval Calculation for Functional Testing
- Review and Validation of Safety Critical Element (SCE) and Business Critical Element (BCE)
- Preparation of AIMS System Framework and Associated Documentation
- Preparation of Pipeline Operating Manuals for two 132 Km Pipelines each (One Gas and One Oil)
- Preparation of Inspection and Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
