Job Responsibilities
- Be able to follow maintenance procedures with a high level of precision.
- Develop detailed workflows and standard operating procedures for each maintenance task, as well as precise standards for execution.
- Systematically review all procedures to make sure they are up to date.
- Ensuring the precise alignment of all rotating parts is maintained, and the balance between rotating elements is correct.
- Continuous document maintenance as it is performed for a clear overview of what has been done, as well as the results of each improvement.
Following are the minimum Requirement:
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / ITI (Govt. License) or Equivalent
- Experience: 8 years (maintenance of rotating equipment in Oil & Gas Industry/equivalent in the field/workshop inspection)
- QA/QC verification of Rotary Equipment such as Compressors, Centrifugal Pump, Gear Box, Drivers, Lubrication system and able to perform followings:
- Mechanical run-test
- Equipment disassembly inspection
- Final acceptance
