Job Description

  • Coordinate with head office in UAE for any HR-related works.
  • Organize, prioritize, and execute timely coordination of tasks.
  • Properly keep all the important company documentation and maintain on a regular basis.
  • Plan and support for purchasing transactions and work as company interface with external stakeholders.
  • Call management, registration, sorting and transmission of data.
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
  • Plan and ensure a quality reception for the company’s guests from the invitation, the hosting and departure.
  • Conduct the various secretarial work of the leadership team.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting multiple functional leaders.
  • Autonomous and Flexible
  • Must be tri-lingual, French, English and Arabic
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs
  • Good command of the MS Office Pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
